Within 30 days of joining Epic Vacations your account will be credited with 15,000 Base Points that are ready for use toward Epic Vacations and Epic Escapes travel through the end of the following year. For example, if you join in 2020, the Base Points you receive will be good through the end of 2021. Maybe you want to take a longer vacation or stay in a larger unit? Each year you can purchase one-time use Epic Advantage Points up to the maximum of your membership tier. Epic Advantage points are available from the moment you become a member. You can enjoy unlimited use of you Epic Experiences benefit from the day you become a Member.

You receive your Epic Base Points two years ahead of their expiration, providing time and flexibility to plan your vacations. Each January, you will receive Epic Base Points that expire at the end of the following year. For example, in January of 2021, you will receive Base Points that can be used to vacation through December 31, 2022.

Initial Member Dues are part of your enrollment expenses. Member Dues become due each September and must be paid by October 31. Timely payment of Membership Dues assures Epic Base Points will be deposited your account in January. Many members select the convenient prepayment plan, enabling them to pay a fraction of their Membership Dues each month by automatic draft. Prepayment minimizes your outlay in October and assures immediate access to your Base Points as soon as they become available.

Each year you have the ability to purchase one-time use Advantage Points up to the maximum allowed by your Membership Tier.

Advantage Points expire at the end of the year for which they are purchased. Once you purchase Advantage Points, they are deposited into your RCI account and added to your Base Points by date of expiration. All Epic Points are governed by RCI’s use and access policies.

If you don’t use all your Points in any year, they will be automatically saved ONE TIME into the following year and will be good towards travel through the end of that year. As long as you have traveled once during that year, there will be no charge to save your Points. If you have not used any Points the year of expiration, a small RCI inactivity fee will apply.

To make it as convenient as possible to plan your vacation, we provide the ability for you to borrow up to the total of the following Use Years Points in your account to complete a reservation in the current Use Year.

The RCI / Epic Vacations website accessible through your MyEpicVacations.com Member Portal where you can track usage, balances, reservations, make payments and keep your account information up to date.
